11am Tuesday 1st June we met Caryl Hart and Bethan Woollvin for an exciting rhyming adventure diving into the oceans and seas of our world. A wonderful book full of to colourful and super entertaining pictures.

A wonderful picture book where we meet dolphins , whales, turtles and manatees to name just a few. Full of fun rhymes, Meet the Oceans is an ideal introduction to the importance of caring for our oceans and seas which are under threat by plastic waste and pollution.
Caryl Hart lives in Sheffield with her family, a bouncy black labrador and a fluffy black and white cat. Caryl wrote her first book when she was ten years old and started trying to write for children at 32 years old, after my first daughter was born.
Some books Caryl has written are
SONNY SAYS, “Mine!”, Meet the Oceans, Bears Love Squares, Meet the Planets, One Shoe Two Shoes, Big Box Little Box and her goal is to write at least one hundred books in her lifetime.
When Caryl is not thinking up rhymes, writing stories or creating characters, she runs creative workshops in schools, libraries and for festivals.
